Virtual Nature Meditation
Join the Deschutes Land Trust and Maret Pajutee for a meditative evening connecting with nature from the comfort of your own home. We will begin with a short breathing practice to relax and restore, then explore guided meditation as a way to tap into the calming powers of nature. Imagine sitting in the shade by a high mountain lake watching the water shimmer in the sunlight. You can capture that feeling anytime with simple meditation practices. All you need is a comfortable place to sit or lie down (a lake is optional!). No experience necessary. Registration required to receive the virtual event link. Only one person per household needs to register for this event.
