Join the Land Trust for a spring work party to help cut and plant willow stems at Priday Ranch! Hike along Trout Creek and learn which willows to cut for use in a nearby restoration project. Cut willows and then plant them by stabbing them into the ground at our restoration location. Planting willows helps build healthy habitat for fish and wildlife. Get your hands dirty and have fun while making a difference in Central Oregon.

Rating: Work party with moderate physical activity that includes planting in uneven ground.

What to bring: Work gloves (if you have them), snacks/lunch, water, and waterproof boots (planting area may be wet and muddy). Dress for the weather.
